cancellations + no shows + tardiness

We understand life happens, but in order to protect the financial stability of our stylists we ask that you kindly respect the following policies: 

To avoid a cancellation fee and ensure appointment availability for other guests, any rescheduling needs or cancellations must be communicated, via text or voicemail, to our salon phone at (317) 779-8566. Cancellations or rescheduling needs occurring 48 hours or less of appointment times will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. Appointment rescheduling or cancellations occurring within 24 hours or less will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service. Appointment no shows and cancellations occurring the same day as your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of your scheduled service fee and an additional 20% gratuity charge.

We cannot guarantee services to guests who show up 10 minutes or later to their appointment and a no show fee may apply.


product purchases

We love and stand behind the products we sell. However, in the event you take something home that doesn’t work for you, let us know promptly and we will exchange it for something else! Containers must still contain at least 75% of product. No refunds will be given.

service satisfaction

We want you to love your hair! If you are not satisfied with your service please reach out to us within 3 days to discuss your options and schedule a follow-up appointment. One consultation and “redo” service will be complimentarily provided by the same stylist that provided the original appointment and is limited to the original appointment time length. Additional services requested remain full price.

Covid 19 guidelines

We no longer require our guests and stylists wear masks.

If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask during your visit, please do! If you would like your stylist to wear a mask, please let us know and we are more than happy to accommodate your needs.

Masks are strongly encouraged for unvaccinated guests.

Our stylist will continue maintaining strict sanitation standards. Hand washing, surface disinfecting, equipment sterilization, and providing clients with clean linens are among some of the cleaning steps being taken.

We will continue to evaluate the current climate and make any changes that prioritize the health and safety of our clients and stylists.
